Dédale raises €1.5 million to accelerate impact in France
Dédale, an impact company specializing in eco-responsible and intelligent buildings, is raising €1.5 million to accelerate its development in France and abroad.
The impact startup Dédale has just finalized a €1.5M Series A financing round involving various players (BPI, CIC, Caisse d'Epargne and private investors) to accelerate its development in France and internationally.
After a record year, the fundraising will allow Dédale to develop its impact through the creation of the 'Dédale Group', a consortium of several structures specialized in the creation of eco-responsible and intelligent buildings.
"Thanks to our know-how in supporting the startup ecosystem, our advice to the various players (Government, French Tech, incubators and gas pedals) but also in the world of construction, we have the perfect cycle to detect promising impact startups in order to incorporate them directly into our achievements. Our ambition is to strengthen sustainable construction in France through eco-responsible buildings."
- Valentin Ousselin | co-founder of Dédale
Dédale also plans to accelerate the expansion of its offer to the rest of France to broaden the market for "eco-impact" buildings. The company, which is involved in about 20 construction projects and 30 training projects and entrepreneurial programs, aims to grow to 100 projects by covering the largest cities in France by the end of 2021: Lille, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Montpellier, Strasbourg, as well as Belgium and Luxembourg by 2022.
"Our priority is to support ecological and economic actions through a generation of entrepreneurs who advocate their values in impactful projects. To do this, we will select startups with compatible products and services to incorporate into our projects, but also to train them in entrepreneurship and business management"
- Cyril Giraux | co-founder
